Refund Clause

When using bank cards the following rules are applied to returns. If the user has successfully passed verification and the wallet replenishment operation has been completed cancellation of the card transaction and refund to the card is not possible. If verification is not completed and the user has not provided the necessary information to complete the replenishment operation the card transaction will be canceled. A refund to the card may take up to 14 business days depending on the conditions of your bank.
